Yes, we ship worldwide.

We ship directly from our partnered warehouses in Asia to ensure reliable and fast international delivery.

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will already be in processing and can no longer be changed. Once received, your order can still be returned for a refund.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and your order will be shipped the following day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Depending on your location, import taxes or customs fees may apply once your order arrives in your country. These are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

If you’d like to return a product, please contact us at support@puryfil.com and we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item(s). Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take 7–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.

PURYFIL-Specific Questions

Our filters are designed to reduce chlorine, sediments, and odors in tap water. This helps leave your skin and hair feeling softer, less dry, and more comfortable after every shower.

Most people feel a difference within the first week of use, skin feels less dry, hair feels smoother, and the water often has a fresher, cleaner feel. For harder water areas, the change can be more gradual but still noticeable over time.

On average, we recommend replacing the cartridge every month or so, depending on water quality and daily usage. If your water is harder or heavily chlorinated, you may need to replace it more often.

Yes. PURYFIL filters use the standard G1/2” connection, which is the most common shower fitting worldwide. No tools are required for installation.

No. Our filters are designed with balanced flow paths to maintain comfortable water pressure while still filtering effectively.

The outer housing is designed to be reused, while the inner cartridge is replaceable. We are working toward more eco-friendly cartridge options and recyclable packaging.
